How I was told to travel ended up making everything worse...
"Bring one of extra, you need an outfit for every occasion, make sure you have backup clothes in your carry on..." all which I now find funny, because what I'm about to tell you will you allow you to travel for weeks with just a carry on.
I know I'm not alone when I say travel anxiety, and I'll admit, no matter what you do nothing will make going to airport rainbows and sunshine. We all know that feeling of rushing with literal weight on your shoulders to make it to your gate on time. I mean vacation is supposed to be fun right?
